Turtley Awesome! Fun Stamper's Journey

Thank you for stopping by my blog today! You are in for a treat! I created this lovely Turtle card using products from Fun Stamper's Journey!

I used my Gelli Press to create that yummy background with the True Color Fusion Inks and an acrylic block. Super Easy & SO much fun to play with this tool that Richard has brought into the FSJ Line.

I stamped my Turtles in the Black Licorice Ink and colored with my copic markers. It was fun to color them, but I was being particular so it took a bit. Once I had them colored I knew I wanted to use some journey twine behind to incorporate black. Then I added sequins a wood starfish and the awesome sentiment.

I posted this to Instagram and forgot to get it on my blog.. If you care to follow my creations on Instagram my handle is

Watercolor Wishes Poppystamps

Watercolored Wishes.... Poppystamps
I white embossed the flowers and leaves from the scribbles and leaves set  all around my die cut watercolor panel. Then I spritzed it with water an went for it. I used a product called color Burt. It is a concentrated microfine watercolor powder.I used the basic color pack #1 Die cut my sentiment and flag for supporting message. Then mounted all the panels.

The new team members are here in place and ready to provide you with fresh new idea's. Thank you to everyone for All your comments since the very start. Ok on to my creation process.
I water-colored my die cut Jumping Deer trio with distress inks and painted extra color and then spritzed with water.

For the shaker window I used the Open Hillside, Sloping Hillside and Snowscape. I cut them all out of white for my card. They layer smallest to largest.

I re-detirmine where I want my cuts to go and lay them out and take a photo to refer back to for final card assembly. Acetate wind is placed over opening.
I use fun foam when I have a large piece to cover to pop up the top piece to give room for the sequins or your choice of shaker material.

Happy Thoughts Poppystamps

Hello Poppystamps fans. Lezlye , here today with a card using the new stitched Oka Trio Die and and older sentiment die Sending and Sending Scribbles stamp set.

I cut a strip of green cardstock using the border die. This is a great way to use up scraps of yardstick and add a decorative element to your designs.

Die cutting the sentiment in black makes for a really bold striking sentiment. I plan to make a whole collection of these cards with all of my scraps.I jus want to say what a pleasure it has been to have been on this team since the beginning. I have truly enjoyed designing with these fabulous dies. I thank  The Memory Box, Poppystamps and Birch Press Design Companies, my fellow design team members. I will still be creating, but mostly for fun for a while. I will post here.  I will have at least one more post for Poppystamps.

Birthday Shaker-Lori Whitlock

Welcome Lori Whitlock Fans!  Today I have fun a Birthday Shaker Card to share!

I cut the file out of white cardstock and then did a bit of "card surgery" cutting it in half.  I did this so that I could add acetate and foam squares to the back to form a well to hold the sequins and confetti.

Simply add foam and sequins, and finish it off with the panel you cut from the file.  I then glued it to the card base.  My sentiment came from another card file of Lori's, the links are below.
