I Love Warm Hugs-Lori Whitlock

Welcome Lori Whitlock Fans! Lezlye, here today with and adorable snowman card and a quick tutorial for you newbies to Lori's files.

When you first import the file it is all together and black, if you were to size it all together and click cut using the cricut explore it would put all these on a black mat.

You need to click on the layers and un-group them once you have your desired size set.

Hit the layers button and each individual piece and then add the color you want to cut. Now it will cut them all individually on your desired colors.

This is just one way to do it. Now on to the card...

I used the I Love Winter 6 x 6 Pad that Lori designed for Echo Park Paper, along with the coordinating embellishments. I love to bling up my cuts with stickles and dimensional buttons or gems.

My card measures 5.5 x 5.5

I created a door with paper squares and and embossing  folder in a wood-grain pattern, so that my focal wreath could be placed on it.
i used several dies on this card, adding a glitter paste for the snow on the wreath and the die-cut felt.

Be Thankful! Poppystamps

Welcome to Poppystamps Blog! Lezlye today sharing another Fall Card for your inspiration.
I love fall and the colors that are all around. Today I am showcasing a beautiful fall die and I have done the inlaid die technique.
I cut it once from the brown cardstock and then two more time through copper and gold. You will notice in my last photo the embossing detail that comes through on the acorn tops, when you use a thin rubber mat to run through your die machine a second time. This allows the paper to go deeper and leave the embossed design.
Have a great Day! Be Thankful!

Forever Blessed Lori Whitlock/Echo Park

Welcome Lori Whitlock Fans! It's me Lezlye, with some inspiration for you. Surprise it's not a card! Shocking I know! She does Scrapbook!

I had this adorable selfie my daughter took of she and her daughter, my granddaughter. It was so pretty I just had to document it using Lori's new Fall designs with Echo Park Paper.

I tried to use a little bit of everything that coordinated with this line. That is the most wonderful thing about buying a whole collection, including the coordinating cardstock. You know everything will match!

I started off by die cutting my Doilies (they are so detailed) Then I cut the words. I used the chipboard stickers, decorative brads, washi tape, enamel dots and the larger heart on the camera was stamped in versamark ink and heat embossed with red sparkle powder.

Love the white pop on the burlap, adding that texture and the ribbon/trim are fun elements to add to a scrapbook page. I absolutely love the wood-grain paper!

Have a Great Day!
