For my card I again opted to use my Taylored Expressions Party Banner Background die. I mounted it to some doodlebug springtime patterned paper and trimmed flush. Then I mounted it to a piece of black and wanted a 1/16 edge  to show, this is where the perfect layers tools (LOVE THESE NEW MINI ONES!) comes in. As you can see by my photo just how small of a piece gets cut with the exact o and using the Perfect Paper Crafting self healing mat makes it a dream! I used a balloon die from MFTSTAMPS and the birthday stamp and word happy is a die from simon says stamp.

Look at how thin those pieces are!  All you do is but the ruler edge with desired with up against the top layer. Hold firmly as you cut down each side with your exacto blade.

I hope you like what you see and will become a follower of my blog. I post on a regular basis and love feedback on my creations.

Next on the hop is Faith.
